Terms of Use

1. Agreement and eligibility

These Terms form an agreement between you and LogicPoem Limited. They apply when you access or use Pazmix apps, invitation pages, the public website, AI collaboration, membership, credits, or related online services. You accept them by creating or using an anonymous Account, participating through an invitation, starting a purchase, or otherwise using the service after they are presented.

You must be legally able to agree to these Terms. Where law requires a parent or guardian to authorize a young person's use or submission of media, the parent or guardian is responsible for the use and must provide that authorization.

2. Anonymous Accounts, devices, and links

The native app uses an anonymous Account and device-held credentials rather than a user-managed login. Protect your device, credentials, invitation links, and purchase credentials. Do not transfer credentials, probe another person's Account, or publish an invitation in a way that defeats its intended audience.

Invited Web participation does not create an Account. The invitation link can remain the viewer's access route while sharing is on; it is not a management credential and does not permit changing an accepted submission.

3. Your content and permissions

You retain ownership of material you submit. You represent that you have the necessary rights, that recognizable people have consented, and that any authorization required for a minor has been obtained. You grant Pazmix and its providers a limited, worldwide license to host, copy, transform, analyze, transmit, and generate from the material only as needed to provide, secure, improve, and legally operate the service.

You must not submit illegal, exploitative, abusive, deceptive, privacy-invasive, infringing, nonconsensual, or unsafe content, or use Pazmix to impersonate, harass, defraud, or harm another person.

4. Pazmix rights

Pazmix, its software, visual identity, templates, service-generated instructions, documentation, and other service materials are owned by or licensed to the operator. These Terms give you only the limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service as provided. Do not copy, reverse engineer, bypass limits, scrape, resell, or create a competing service from protected parts except where law expressly permits.

5. AI processing and Results

AI Results can be incomplete, unexpected, inaccurate, similar to other outputs, or unsuitable for a particular purpose. Review every Result before relying on or sharing it. Do not use Pazmix for medical, legal, financial, employment, housing, education, biometric identification, critical infrastructure, law-enforcement, or other high-risk decisions about a person.

Pazmix does not promise that a generation will succeed or that a Result will be unique, accurate, non-infringing, or continuously available. Your use and sharing must comply with law and the rights of others.

6. Collaboration and sharing

Before Web confirmation, a guest may leave or select different media. After Pazmix accepts the final submission, the invitation flow does not permit replacement or deletion. This product rule does not waive applicable privacy rights.

A participant's raw Contribution is not shown to another participant. An unlisted Result can be available to holders of the active invitation while sharing is on. Stopping sharing prevents future hosted access but cannot recall downloads, screenshots, recordings, or external copies.

7. Membership, trials, billing, and restoration

Publishing a Campaign and consuming credits require an active membership; browsing Templates and participating are free. Weekly and monthly plans may be offered. The App Store purchase sheet is authoritative for localized price, taxes, trial or introductory-offer eligibility, billing period, and renewal date.

Membership renews automatically unless cancelled through the App Store before renewal under the store's displayed rules. Deleting Pazmix does not cancel a subscription. Use Restore Purchases in the app to restore eligible store-verified access. Refund requests are handled under the applicable App Store rules and mandatory consumer law.

8. Credits

An active membership currently grants 6,000 included credits every seven days. Unused included credits do not roll over and expire at the end of their grant window. Creating a Campaign charges its full output capacity. A failed generation or a Campaign ended before provider work starts is refunded under the current credit rules; deletion after provider work starts is not refunded; delivery does not charge again.

Credits have no cash value, are not transferable, and do not create a deposit or property account. Only credit and purchase capabilities shown in the production service are offered; these Terms do not promise a separate credit-pack checkout.

9. Safety, abuse, and enforcement

We may reject media, limit activity, stop sharing, remove hosted access, revoke credentials, restrict an Account or invitation session, preserve limited evidence, or report conduct when reasonably necessary to secure the service, protect people, investigate abuse, enforce rights, or comply with law.

Do not interfere with security, rate limits, billing, safety filters, provider rules, or another user's access; introduce malware; automate unauthorized activity; commit fraud; or infringe privacy, publicity, intellectual-property, or other rights.

10. Service changes and termination

We may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue features. We will provide notice where law or an active paid-service commitment requires it. You may stop using Pazmix and manage the subscription through the App Store. We may terminate access for material or repeated breach, risk, illegality, or service closure, subject to applicable consumer rights.

11. Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, Pazmix is provided as available without warranties not expressly stated in these Terms. We do not exclude warranties, remedies, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections.

To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss, lost profits, or loss caused by external copies, user conduct, or third-party services. Any permitted aggregate limit will be interpreted under applicable law and will not restrict non-excludable liability.

12. Apple app license

For the iOS app, Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement supplies the app license. These Pazmix Terms separately govern collaboration, AI processing, online services, membership, credits, safety, and content.

13. Governing law, disputes, and contact

Mandatory consumer protections available where you live continue to apply. No mandatory arbitration provision applies unless separately reviewed and lawfully introduced in a later version.

Before formal proceedings, contact LogicPoem Limited at keita@logicpoem.com or write to RM 39, 3/F 143 WAI YIP ST, KWUN TONG, HONG KONG with enough information to identify the issue without sending raw media, credentials, or secret links. Nothing in these Terms prevents either party from seeking urgent protective relief or using a consumer or regulatory process available by law.
