1. Scope

These Child Safety Standards apply to the Pazmix iOS and Android apps, Pazmix invitation pages, and the pazmix.com website, operated by LogicPoem Limited. They work together with the Pazmix Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

2. Zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation

Pazmix has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). You must not use Pazmix to:

  • create, upload, request, share, or store child sexual abuse material (CSAM), or any content that sexualizes a minor;
  • groom, solicit, sextort, or traffic a child, or arrange to meet a child for sexual purposes;
  • otherwise sexually exploit, endanger, or harm a child.

This applies to every photo, video, audio clip, and text you submit, to every Result Pazmix generates, and to every invitation you send. AI-generated, edited, or synthetic depictions are treated the same as real ones.

3. How Pazmix limits exposure

Pazmix is built for small private groups, not public discovery. People join an activity only through an invitation link its creator shares. Pazmix has no public feed, no chat or direct messages, no following, and no public profile search. Original submissions are never shown to other participants or to the creator.

AI generation runs through providers whose own safety rules refuse prohibited requests. Pazmix does not review every upload, so reports from people who see a problem matter.

4. How to report a concern

If a child is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first.

  • In the Pazmix iOS or Android app: open Feedback from the Activity screen, choose Problem, and describe the concern, including the activity or Result it is about.
  • On a Pazmix invitation page: open Feedback at the top of the page, choose Problem, and describe the concern.
  • By email: keita@logicpoem.com.

Do not attach, upload, or forward any image or video that shows a child being abused or sexualized, even to report it. Describe what you saw and where instead.

You can also report child sexual abuse material directly to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) CyberTipline, or to the INHOPE hotline in your country.

5. How Pazmix responds

When LogicPoem Limited learns of apparent child sexual abuse or exploitation on Pazmix, it acts promptly:

  • removes the content or disables access to it, and stops sharing of the activity it belongs to;
  • preserves the information applicable law requires it to keep;
  • reports apparent child sexual abuse material to NCMEC and to other competent authorities as applicable law requires;
  • cooperates with valid requests from law enforcement.

6. Compliance with law

LogicPoem Limited complies with the child safety laws that apply to Pazmix, including laws on reporting child sexual abuse material.

7. Child safety point of contact

LogicPoem Limited has designated a child safety point of contact who can speak to Pazmix's child sexual abuse material prevention practices and compliance. Email keita@logicpoem.com.

8. Changes

We may update these Standards when the product, its safeguards, or applicable law changes. The version and dates above identify the Standards currently presented.
