1. What browser storage Pazmix uses

Pazmix uses cookies and similar browser storage for two distinct purposes: essential collaboration and security functions, and optional or default-enabled product analytics depending on region.

2. Essential storage

Invitation collaboration needs short-lived, scoped cookies or browser state to reserve a participant slot, protect an upload, continue status or Result access, prevent duplicate actions, enforce restrictions, and keep the current operation secure. These functions cannot be switched off through Cookie Settings because the requested collaboration would not work without them.

3. Analytics storage

Pazmix uses Firebase Analytics to measure allowlisted non-content events. In the EEA, United Kingdom, Switzerland, and other configured strict regions, Firebase is not initialized until you choose Allow analytics. In ordinary configured regions it is enabled by default without a first-visit banner. If the region is unknown, it remains disabled.

The isolated analytics runtime uses fixed page context and may process a coarse country or region. It does not send the invitation URL, invitation code, referrer, media, contact details, feedback text, advertising identifier, precise location, or raw business identifier.

4. Your choice

Use Cookie Settings in the footer to allow or decline analytics for this browser. Declining analytics disables collection and clears the analytics user identifier in the runtime; essential collaboration storage remains available.

5. Changes

We may update this Policy when storage, providers, regional rules, or product behavior changes. The version and effective date above identify the policy currently presented.
