1. Scope and operator
This Privacy Policy explains how LogicPoem Limited handles information when you use the Pazmix iOS or Android app, an invitation collaboration page, the public website, support, or related online services.
LogicPoem Limited is the service operator. Its registered address is RM 39, 3/F 143 WAI YIP ST, KWUN TONG, HONG KONG. Privacy requests may be sent to keita@logicpoem.com.
2. Information we handle
The information involved depends on the surface and action you use.
- App and anonymous Account: device-held account credentials, opaque account and operation references, app version, locale, bounded device class, collaboration state, safety state, and settings needed to provide the service.
- Web invitations: an invitation capability, invitation-session cookies, selected media, consent declarations, upload and participation status, and limited browser or reliability information. Public website visitors remain anonymous.
- Media and AI processing: creator and participant media, template choices, generation instructions created by the service, generated Results, safety signals, and technical metadata needed to process or deliver them.
- Payments: App Store product, transaction, entitlement, renewal, refund, and offer information. Pazmix does not receive full payment-card details from Apple or Google.
- Feedback and safety: issue category, description and optional contact details you submit, attachments, support references, abuse or infringement reports, and limited audit records.
- Analytics: allowlisted non-content feature events, coarse performance buckets, environment, surface, app-instance or purpose-separated anonymous identifiers, and coarse country or region where applicable.
- Operational diagnostics: caught exceptions and source locations; browser page context; request, response, prompt, provider-output, generation, and payment-operation text and correlation values needed to investigate failures; and binary-media metadata without the media bytes.
3. Sources, purposes, and legal bases
We receive information from you, your device, invited participants, App Store services, safety and infrastructure providers, and the actions performed by Pazmix systems.
- Provide and secure the service, process invitations and media, generate and deliver Results, verify purchases, restore access, prevent duplicate operations, and respond to support requests. We rely on performance of our agreement and our legitimate interests in operating a reliable service.
- Apply media-processing declarations, invitation analytics choices, or other permissions where consent is the appropriate basis. You may withdraw consent where applicable without affecting earlier lawful processing.
- Detect fraud, abuse, security incidents, and unlawful activity; preserve evidence where necessary; and comply with legal obligations.
- Measure feature use with Firebase Analytics and diagnose crashes, browser failures, provider failures, billed operations, and unresolved state with Firebase Crashlytics and environment-scoped Cloudflare diagnostics. In regions requiring prior consent, Web analytics remain off until you allow them; operational exception reporting remains part of service reliability and security.
4. Analytics, diagnostics, cookies, and advertising
Pazmix uses Google Firebase Analytics for allowlisted product analytics. Analytics is designed to exclude media, generated content, feedback text, contact details, full URLs, invitation codes, referrers, tokens, signed URLs, precise location, and raw business or transaction identifiers.
Operational diagnostics are more detailed so Pazmix can reconstruct failures. They may include full textual requests, responses, prompts and provider outputs; exception messages, causes, stacks and source locations; page or endpoint context; and account, campaign, generation, provider-task, transaction and other business correlation values. Web and Admin browser exceptions are sent to their same-origin Cloudflare Worker, iOS nonfatal exceptions may be sent to Firebase Crashlytics, and recent iOS JSONL logs are attached automatically when available to feedback submissions.
Before diagnostic emission, Pazmix redacts API keys, access tokens, Authorization and Cookie values, signing secrets, nonces, reusable invitation and management capabilities, signed-URL query or fragment values, provider credentials, and Store purchase proofs. Binary media is logged only as metadata, not as bytes or embedded base64 content.
App analytics and crash diagnostics are enabled by default. Pazmix does not provide third-party advertising, collect advertising identifiers for analytics, personalize ads, or perform cross-app tracking. Web analytics is consent-gated where required, enabled by default in other configured regions, and disabled when the region cannot be determined. Cookie Settings records only the browser choice needed to honor it.
5. Service providers and disclosures
We disclose information only as needed to operate, secure, and support Pazmix, complete a user-requested transaction, comply with law, or protect people and rights.
- Cloud hosting, storage, content delivery, security, analytics, crash-diagnostics, AI generation, media-processing, safety, and support providers acting under appropriate instructions or contractual terms.
- Apple App Store and, when Android commerce launches, Google Play for purchase, entitlement, refund, and subscription administration.
- Authorities, courts, affected people, or professional advisers when disclosure is legally required or reasonably necessary for safety, security, fraud prevention, or rights enforcement.
We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
6. AI, media, invitations, and audience
Pazmix sends the media and technical instructions needed for an effect to AI and infrastructure providers. A participant's raw Contribution is not shown to another participant. Results follow the audience selected by the creator.
While sharing remains on, someone holding the active invitation link may participate, follow generation, and view an unlisted Result. Stopping sharing prevents later hosted access but cannot recall screenshots, downloads, recordings, or copies already made outside Pazmix.
7. Retention
We keep information only for the period needed for its stated purpose, subject to legal, safety, dispute, and security obligations.
- Event-level analytics: no longer than 12 months.
- Raw media after a Session or reusable Campaign can no longer use it: deleted within 24 hours.
- Feedback description and associated audit records: 180 days.
- Submitted feedback attachments: 30 days.
- Draft or orphan uploads: 24 hours.
- Purchase, consent, fraud-prevention, safety, legal, and essential audit records: for the period needed to meet the relevant legal, accounting, dispute, integrity, or enforcement purpose.
8. Security and international transfers
Pazmix uses scoped credentials, access controls, encryption in transit, private storage, credential redaction, environment-scoped operational logging, and separation between business data and analytics. No system can guarantee absolute security.
Providers may process information outside your country. Where required, we use recognized transfer mechanisms and supplementary safeguards, and evaluate the data and provider involved.
9. Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may ask to access, correct, delete, restrict, or receive a portable copy of personal information; object to certain processing; withdraw consent; or complain to a data-protection authority. We may need to verify the request without collecting more information than necessary.
A product message that says an accepted Web submission cannot be changed or deleted through the invitation flow does not limit any privacy right available under law. A lawful privacy request may still be submitted through the contact route below.
10. Children and guardians
Pazmix is not presented as an adults-only service. Where applicable law requires a parent or guardian to authorize a young person's use or the processing of their media, that authorization must be obtained before use or submission. Do not use Pazmix in a way that exploits, endangers, or unlawfully processes a minor's information.
11. Changes and contact
We may update this Policy to reflect service, legal, or provider changes. We will publish the new version and effective date and provide additional notice where required.
